Community Impact Outreach is a 501(c)(3) public charity based in Flint, Michigan. We were established in March 2025. Our mission is to strengthen individuals and families by addressing essential needs, providing resources to the community, and creating opportunities for long-term stability.

What information we receive

When you contact us: If you use the contact form on this website or email us directly, we receive the information you choose to send us — such as your name, your email address, the topic you select, and any message you write.

When you donate: Donations on this website are handled by Zeffy, our donation processor, on Zeffy’s secure donation page. When you donate, Zeffy collects the donation information needed to process your gift — such as your name, email address, donation amount, and payment details — on its secure page. We do not collect or store your payment card information on this website. Zeffy shares the basic information we need to thank you and keep our donation records, such as your name, email address, and donation amount.

When you just visit: Simply looking around this website does not require you to give us your name, email address, or any other personal information.

How the contact form works

The contact form on this website does not send anything by itself. When you press the form button, it opens your own email app with a message addressed to us, filled in with what you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send in your own email app. If you change your mind, you can simply close that message and nothing will reach us. If you do press send, your message comes to us as a regular email from your email account.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message and answer your questions.
• To connect you with help, resources, or opportunities to volunteer or partner with us, when that is what you asked about.
• To thank donors, keep accurate donation records, and meet our legal and tax responsibilities as a nonprofit.
